A wonderful young man: Working with Shane

I met Shane in 2017 when I visited Seneca College to write one of my law exams and he is probably one of the most patient support technicians that I have met in a very long time.  Not only is he patient but he is thorough and intuitive.

I have had to call on Shane's services in times of need when I required assistance to sort out email clients and more.  Shane has never made me uncomfortable nor has he seemed to be uncomfortable with working with me as a vision-impaired person.
