A hard nut to crack: When Sophie followed my example

Sophie has been my hairdresser for several years now and for the most part I have been very happy with her services. But every now and then she somehow forgets to follow my instructions and here is where she decides to do her own thing, as they say.

So, how do I deal with this?  I just need to be very much on the ball.  To follow her every step of the way and to make sure that she does exactly what I want or wish her to do.

The other day I decided to take matters into my own hands.  I decided to take a razor and trace out my outline at the back of my head and presto!  It sure worked!  At the end of my haircut we were both very happy.
