A joy to work with: He is my favorite customer service techie

His name is Imad and it does appear to me that there is nothing that he cannot do.  He is smart and savvy but above all he knows how to explain things to me, especially so as to someone who is vision-impaired.

I have known Imad for many years now.  He is so aware of my requirements and he knows how to work with me.  He takes his time to explain things to me and he is so very patient.  The most important thing is that he is not afraid to work with me as someone who is vision-impaired.
