Good thing that I am always checking on my bathroom; especially to inspect the walls and tiles around my bath tub. I do this once weekly and this is how I discovered that there was a crack in the wall outside of my tub. I do not think that it was there for very long or maybe I may have missed it on previous inspections.
I am always wanting to ensure that no water seeps from my bathroom to the floor below. For if it did I would be in serious trouble.
This is one of my major concerns. So I make sure that I inspect my bathroom once weekly and if I find anything out of place then I would call my trusty super, Nick, to help me.
