A minor challenge: Challenges with an AC

These challenges normally arise when I stay at a hotel during the summer. In the normal scheme of things there is no way to really tell how I should go about setting the temperature and it all has to do with trial and error.

I prefer to try things out on my own and it takes lots of patience and perseverance.  However, I sometimes get lucky the first time around and I am able to do the settings to my satisfaction.

I would love to be able to find a way whereby I could receive audio cues as I go about setting the temps but I am not sure how this would be or could be accomplished.  So for now, I'll just have to put up with things.

I'm Donna J. Jodhan, your friendly accessibility advocate, wishing you a terrific day.
