The best way to stay sane: Only listening twice daily

I know that Covid-19 is hard on us all but as a person with a vision impairment, there are those additional challenges.

Social distancing is extremely difficult, especially so because I need to ensure that I follow the rules. Self isolation is next but I use Facetime to help me bridge the communication gaps.

So what do I do in order to stay sane? I just listen to the news only twice daily and I find that this helps me to stay sane, stay on track, and find time to think, breathe, and more.

I'm Donna J. Jodhan, your friendly accessibility advisor, wishing you a terrific day!
