Precious childhood memories: Playing hide and seek at Auntie Julie's house

Auntie Julie was one of my favourite family members and I always looked forward to when we would visit her home or she would visit us.  These visits were all so very special to me and enriched my childhood.

Auntie Julie had a huge house so there were many places for us to play hide and seek.  While the adults chatted in the huge gallery, us kids would go off and play.  I had so many helping hands to assist me to find and hide. Jeffrey, my brother, Bryan, my cousin and Leon, my cousin.

It was so much fun whenever they were able to find a new hiding place to hide with me.  Most of the time the seekers would not be able to find me and my partner.  Whoever my partner was for the moment; they always took great care to ensure that I did not bump into anything along the way.

It is as if they all knew that they needed to be my eyes!  Careful, protective, and my eyes! I thank them all!
