Once again! Mixed reaction at Service Ontario

At first I ran into an agent who really did not appear to be able to help me. She hesitated, then checked with a supervisor, and finally said that it was up to me to phone a third party that she recommended for help.

And what was the problem that I was having? A very common one, to say the least! I was unable to complete and submit the form to renew my business registration.

To make matters worse I was told that I could not go into any Service Ontario office for assistance. So, what to do? Well, the only logical alternative in my opinion.

I called twice more and on my fourth attempt I struck gold. The agent assisted me from start to finish without any hesitation or difficulty. It pays to persist!
