This is what I needed to do when I switched from Rogers to Bell for my Internet service. Thank goodness that Lane, the Bell technician, was there to help out. He packaged everything for me.
Then Susan explained to me what I needed to do. Then Stephie and I went off to the post office to complete the process.
All that I can say is that I am very fortunate that I had these 3 wonderful people to help me. Or else it would have been extremely difficult to do it on my own. In fact, almost impossible.
