Easy as she goes! Being careful with Mom in the snow

 

When Mom visited me in Toronto in February to May 2023, there were several times when I had to ensure that I was super careful with her when walking in the snow.  Most of all to walk slowly, take small steps and to make sure that her balance was intact at all times.

It was not as difficult as you may think, with a vision-impaired person assisting a senior with balance problems and one with hearing challenges as well.  It all comes down to coordination, communication, and lots of positivity and patience.

It’s very easy for me as my mom possesses a wonderful attitude, and is always positive and cheerful!
