What a mess! When the ginger slices fell

Yes, I heard when the container of ginger slices fell and then the fun began.  The lid came loose and clattered around on the floor.  Then, some of the ginger slices spilled out of the jar.

I managed to find the lid but locating the ginger slices was another story.  They scattered themselves around and I had to spend several minutes finding them.  The worst part is that they left ginger crystals on my floor and I had to get down on all fours with my hand broom to sweep them up.  

Even so, I had to repeat this process a few more times before I cleaned everything up.
