A day in history to remember: Watching the funeral by myself

 

And what a momentous day it was as I sat there all by myself listening to the funeral proceedings of Her Majesty.  Thank goodness that the commentary descriptions were so very well announced that I could easily follow along.

I watched from beginning to end and after it was all over I felt so very exhausted but happy that I could be a witness to a part of history.  I can only hope that those younger than me could appreciate this day for what it was: a day to remember, a very historic day, and one to take away and to remember for a very long time.
