Ah, yes! It really does not matter whether you are blind/vision-impaired or sighted. In the normal scheme of things, technology rules and decides when and when not to act normally or as expected.
This I understand but technology often plays tricks on me as a vision-impaired person. Sometimes my screen reader stops speaking and then I have to troubleshoot. Sometimes it is the Internet that goes down and I have to figure out why. At other times, various pieces of software fight with each other and, once again. I need to play referee.
No different for others but in my case the techniques that I use are much more intricate and beyond the mainstream way.
I'm Donna J. Jodhan, your friendly sight-loss coach and advisor, wishing you a terrific day.
