This was the day when I slipped and fell! My bathroom mat slipped from under me and I ended up on my back in my bathtub. I landed hard on my right shoulder and hit my head on the wall.
Of course I was scared and when you fall like this it makes things even more scary. Good thing that I have a very good neighbour, Sandra, who lives just across the hall from me. And when I told her she kept checking on me for a few days afterwards.
Falling like this can be very scary at times but I have to admit that I am really fortunate to have so many good friends very close by.
