Staying alert: Being aware of potential tea stains

As someone who enjoys cups of tea on a daily basis, I make very sure that my counter is void of those testy tea stains. As I can no longer see if I leave them on my kitchen counter, I am triple careful whenever I make myself a cup of tea. I have a little tea bag holder that I drop my tea bag into and I do this over my kitchen sink. Then, after making my cup of tea, I wipe down my counter just to make sure that if any stains were there that they are now gone.

Of course, there is no guarantee that I will catch these stubborn stains but I can only try. This is probably one of the most difficult challenges for me as a vision-impaired person: to determine whether or not there are tea stains on my counter because one cannot feel a tea stain.
