At the best of times, learning to use a new device for anyone could either be fun or it could be a trying time. For me, I will admit that I fall into the category of having fun.
I have learned over the years to develop more patience, use my logic to figure things out, and apply past experience when learning how to use a new device.
For the most part it works but there are always going to be times when I would need a wee bit of sighted assistance to help me get over the hump. In my genre, I will always have a need to learn how to use new devices so I might as well get used to it.
I'm Donna J. Jodhan, your friendly sight-loss coach and advisor, wishing you a terrific day!
